Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Exchanges
We may offer an exchange or store credit, at management's discretion, if an item has a quality issue or you received the wrong item. To be considered, the item must be unworn and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

Custom and made-to-measure outfits
Bridal, custom-made and made-to-measure outfits are made specially for you and cannot be exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale.

How to request an exchange
Email karizmacollection@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and get back to you.
